Texas Roadhouse, 2024 Rising Star Finalist

MADE Chamber & Community Involvement:

  • I am a proud MADE Chamber ambassador and community engagement leader for the Mason, Texas Roadhouse! We at Roadhouse are proud to be able to make a continuous effort to support the organizations and community that surrounds us.

  • In my personal role, I work to lead the store in any and all community partnerships we have. Some of these partnerships include working with local schools, first responders, non-profits, local chamber of commerce and other. If it involves the community, we want to be apart of it!

  • I love that I am able to help grow the MADE Chamber as an ambassador and help people find connections they may not have even known they needed!! I also love being able to make new members feel welcome in what may feel like an intimidating situation!

Fun Facts About You/Your Business:

  • I have been doing marketing my whole career but with Roadhouse for 1 year.

  • I will have just gotten married less than 1 week before this event! :))

  • Roadhouse does not do any paid marketing. They rather put that money into giving back to the community.

Why is being part of the Mason Deerfield Chamber important to you/your organization?

Like the pink diamond, businesses and organizations have many facets. Which facet is your strength and why?

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

I think that being apart of the MADE Chamber is so important because they are a direct hotline for us to use when we need connections, to help us meet new business workers and help us get in touch with the community we reside in. Without them, we couldn't do what we do!!

My personal facet/strength is that I've never met a stranger!! I love talking to people and getting to chat about how Roadhouse can best support them!
